It could be possible to place an anvil at spawn or in a clan and we could rename them e.g.: tree havoc 80 xp levels; tsg 1 letter is some xp levels m letter 7 xp levels
Do you only need anvil for renaming?

No. Renamed items cannot be traded with villagers. This idea will not be implemented.
