I'm here again, accidentally clicked on some topic that would give a brief service for newcomers or something like that, I think I have some kind of alternative. So that newcomers don't get scared by the shop selling super resources at low prices, thinking it's not worth it and they'll have to work long, and so on. I suggest Newcomer's guide commands, a newcomer's guide for island missions, but not for the island itself but for the newcomer personally. How would it work? Let's say the /newcomer command would provide, for example, 10 different missions to get acquainted with the server. (Examples of missions: /jobs to get employed in a certain job and receive certain resources. Get familiar with /robots commands and similar things. I, as someone, mentioned that newcomers come and leave after a few hours. Personally, playing this wipe for quite some time already, I'm getting tired not of the game but of the number of players. The point is that even if these ideas of mine are not supported/rejected, it would mean that something needs to be thought of to attract players.
Both I and the server team members try to help newcomers settle in by telling them to do this and that, but there aren't enough people on the server to constantly assist them with commands. Another issue is that newcomers arrive and leave because there are too few people. What should be done? We need to strive to raise the motivation level of old players. So that they don't run away, and when a new person arrives later, we can also maintain their motivation. I know you'll say, well, how... we need to change a lot (nobody wants big changes, of course), change so that players without privileges have a slight chance to get all the resources just like players with services.
