Complaints are meant for us and the Owner to see which administrators are not performing their duties as they should. Because we do not monitor every member of the administration every minute and may not be aware of all their actions.

There is no need to have a praise section because the good work of administrators is already clearly visible to both players and other administrators.

P.S. The complaints section is intended to report on a specific administrator below the Operator level. There is absolutely no point in writing there about my, as an Operator's, or the Owner's possibly incorrect decisions. And there is certainly no need to write about what you perceive as a faulty project penalty system. Because "complaints" have only been about such matters.
