Instead of the ICE arena, put in a 3x3, 4x4 or some other type of arena. Nobody uses it anyway. So it's unnecessary there.

If you're not visiting it now, it means you don't like its design.
If we made it 3v3 or 4v4, few people would still use it for the same reason.
As for creating a new arena, given the fact that players won't like it, it's questionable whether it's worth it.
There aren't even enough players gathered to suffice for your 3x3 or 4x4 battles. In the future, if there's a large number of players, a vote will be held, and if players vote that they need 3x3 or 4x4 arenas, then we will create them. Until then - rejected
