October Updates: Optimization, New Features, and a Smoother KAIMUX Experience

October has been a month of optimization, refinement, and exciting new additions across all KAIMUX servers. Building upon the strong foundation laid in previous months, our focus this time was on improving performance, introducing new interactive systems, and preparing the servers for the upcoming seasonal events. From enhanced security measures to quality-of-life improvements and fresh gameplay features, October marks another solid step toward a smoother, more dynamic KAIMUX experience.
Survival:

• Updated the functionality of teleporting to and from the Nether.
• Adjusted the experience-to-bottle conversion to give less experience instead of more.
• Made it so that the Trident wears down with each item sale when hitting a chest.
• Builder job income reduced by 10%.
• Completely reworked the income settings for Crafter and Weaponsmith jobs.
• Fixed a bug in the kits (/kit) window.
• Increased cactus selling price by 50%.
• Fisherman job now also gives income for catching a water bottle.
• Miner job expanded to include Sculk, Sculk Sensor, Sculk Shrieker, Sculk Catalyst, Calcite, Amethyst Block, Cracked Stone Bricks, Mossy Stone Bricks, and Chiseled Stone Bricks.
• Parkour zone coordinates changed.

SkyBlock:

• Made it so that the Trident wears down with each item sale when hitting a chest.
• Added a note to the new island creation button stating that additional islands (beyond the first one) require a paid service.
• Added the ability to sell Amethyst Blocks in the server shop.
• Added the /robots-info command with a short description of robots.
• Added a books section to the server credits store.
• Fisherman job now also gives income for catching a water bottle.
• Builder job expanded to include Amethyst, Bamboo, Quartz, Tuff, Copper blocks (with all variations), as well as Soul Soil and Soul Sand.
• Players with the Legend rank can now change their island biome to PALE_GARDEN.
• Weaponsmith job income reduced by 20%.
• Fixed a bug that prevented players from teleporting to clan islands.

BoxPVP:

• Prices of all CoinStacks and Shards in the eShop reduced by approximately 50%.

Prison:

• Income for cooking, washing dishes, making medicine, and cleaning showers increased 5x.

All Servers:

• Once a player votes in the server vote (/voteoff), they will no longer see reminders about an active vote.
• Added a feature that automatically opens any website link clicked by a player in their browser.
• Updated bad lottery crate probabilities (weights) to reflect real winning chances.

Website:

• Updated wiki articles: “Kaimux Administration”, “About the Survival Server”, “Nickname Design”, “Popular Farms on the Skyblock Server”, “About the Skyblock Server”, and “Clans on the Survival Server”.
• Removed the wiki article “How to Become an Administrator”.
• Created new wiki articles: “The End World”, “The Nether”, “The Overworld”, “Moderators”, “Builders”, and “Testers”.
• Added a new Events section to the forum, where players can leave feedback about recent events and suggest ideas for new ones.
• Fixed broken links in wiki articles.
• Testers can now apply for positions in the administration.
• Updated the Legend rank description.
• Updated the rule:
• Old: “It is forbidden to have more than one account per player or share accounts with others.”
• New: “It is forbidden to share your account with others, have more than one illegal account, or own an illegal account if you already have a legal (Premium) account.”
• Updated lottery key descriptions to reflect real winning chances instead of incorrect ones.
• Fixed a bug where entering an invalid CAPTCHA would not generate a new one.
• Updated “Custom Prefix” service descriptions.

Discord:

• Minimum allowed character count for entering a nickname in tickets reduced from 5 to 3.
• Fixed misleading ticket messages.
