Since when is the idea description written in the idea title?
Since the server itself encourages players to fight only in Spawn arenas, those custom enchantments specifically at Spawn will definitely not be removed. In that case, they lose all meaning altogether. And if they're so OP, why aren't you using them? You immediately gain a legal advantage over other players.
The idea is partially rejected due to incorrect submission.
If they really are too OP, then I suggest a few solutions:

In a new idea (which is filled out properly), explain to us in a well-argued manner how we could update/change this.
Create a post in the Survival category of the forum, and we'll see what other players think about your idea.
