If a person receives about 5-10 (this number should be decided) bans, they get a permanent ban for cheating, encouraging suicide, etc., because others farm in prison and just buy unbans, and there is no consequence. And so people might start thinking about what they do, how they do it, and why.
That they are farming - I know. Need to nerf profits. Again.
And in general about such an idea - I don't know. Owner's decision.
A permanent ban is not given for that. It takes time to impose it, it's not a simple command entry. I don't intend to suffer for something that warrants a simple block according to clearly described penalties. Money will eventually run out on the prison server, and then it won't do anything.
