reduce the damage a bit because damn it's impossible to outgap a weak person like those who press a lot of cps and cry in your ear about macros and then no one wants to 1v1 anymore

The damage is set as it was in version 1.8. It will not be changed. The only possible change would be the entire PvP mechanics (to 1.9).
