I would suggest making clan packages drop every hour or every two hours throughout the entire day, as currently it is impossible to obtain them. To participate in clan wars, at least 3 clans need to be registered, and for 3 clans to collect a certain amount of clan pearls per week is impossible
Clan packages appear around the clock. Their appearance time is completely random. They can appear every few minutes, or every few hours.
And you're seriously mistaken if you think they're impossible to obtain.
Let's calculate what the actual situation is.
Upgrading to clan level 5 costs 208 pearls (not counting other insignificant items).
According to logs, in the last ~30 hours, 6 clan packages were collected, which means 150 pearls were obtained (5 of them were taken by the same clan). There could also be n packages opened by players without clans or those that players simply don't search for/find. But that's already a skill issue.
What can we understand from this? Well, that in ~2 days, you can upgrade to level 5. Of course, if you use the credit store, you could upgrade even faster (especially since there are plenty of ways to get credits for free).
And what about the CW registration fee? 100 pearls. Which equals ~1 day of package farming or 400 credits.
And if you say it's impossible to get them because you can't grab them in time, well, that's not the system's fault. If you turned on strategic thinking, I can guarantee you'd practically take all the packages for yourself.

Okay, as I understand it, according to you, these packages only drop during the day? And from what I've heard from ItsVaido himself, the packages only start appearing from 16:00 to 19:00. So I wouldn't exactly say they drop around the clock. And if they only drop at that time, well, it would be better if they appeared around the clock at some interval, or make them drop more in the evening, because whenever I log in, I never see them dropping or anyone taking them :)

So I wouldn't really say they're dropping around the clock. And if they only drop at that time, well, it would be better if they appeared all day at some time interval, or make them drop more towards the evening, because when I log in, I never see them dropping or anyone taking them :)
It was changed to appear between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, every 30-60 minutes. That's already frequent enough.
