I suggest redoing the marketplaces near the PvP arena since currently there are /shops and these marketplaces are not really needed-used. Make them so they would be somewhere near the PvP arena

Impossible. The marketplaces are in another world. And anyway, teleporting to them takes about the same time as to /shops
