Popular farms on the Survival server

Currently, the most popular 3 automatic farms on the Kaimux project Survival server are melon, sugarcane and cactus.

Most farms are much easier to build if you have the Fly service.

Melon and pumpkin farm

This is probably the most popular farm that old Kaimux project players built and still build.

It is not cheap to build, but the farm pays for itself quickly enough. And it does not require any maintenance.

Here is one segment of this farm, the length of which you can make whatever you want. It can also be either on one side or on both sides.

And here you can see what the same farm looks like if we completely fill the entire 50x50 area with it:

To build one farm floor in a 50x50 area, you need:

1. 400 pistons
2. 400 observers
3. 200 redstone
4. 1400 any blocks
5. 400 pumpkin or melon seeds
6. Water
7. 400 torches (optional, but recommended)

There can be a maximum of 50 such floors.

With such a pumpkin farm, you can get an average of ~44,000 units of harvest per hour and ~10,000 Zeta profit from it.

From the same melon farm, you can get ~50,000 units of harvest per hour and ~15,000 Zeta profit from it.

Sugarcane farm

Another fairly popular, although not very profitable, automatic farm is sugarcane. It is a little more expensive, but it uses practically identical building materials as the melon farm.

Here is one segment of this truss, which you can make any length you want. It can also be either on one side or on both sides.

And here you can see what the same farm looks like if we completely fill the entire 50x50 area with it:

To build one farm floor in a 50x50 area, you need:

1. 400 sugar cane
2. 400 pistons
3. 200 observers
4. 200 redstone
5. 400 earth
6. 1824 any blocks
7. water

The maximum number of floors is 25.

On average, you can get ~1,200 units of harvest per hour and ~1,500 Zeta profit from it.

Cactus farm

One of the simplest and most server-friendly automatic farms is the cactus farm.

Consists of only 4 components.

The possible height of the building is (almost) unlimited.

Here is one row of this farm, which you can expand as much as you want, both in length and width.

And here you can see what the same farm looks like if we completely fill the entire 50x50x100 area with it:

To build one farm floor in a 50x50 area, you need:

1. 576 cacti
2. 576 sand
3. 576 half-blocks or blocks
4. 288 fences

The maximum number of floors is 95.

On average, you can get ~4,000 units of harvest per hour and ~20,000 Zeta profit from it.

Note on the use of observers

To save server capacity, it was decided to limit the height at which observers can be built.

Currently, they can be built from a height of 0 Y to a height of 100 Y.
